2.Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
3.Products
We sell clothing and accessories. Product photos are for illustration; colors may vary depending on screen settings.
4.Prices and currency
All prices are shown in EUR (€).
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
5.Orders and contract formation
• Adding products to the cart does not create a binding contract.
• The contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or dispatch the goods
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If payment has already been made, we will refund it.
6.Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (and methods available through Stripe such as cards and, where enabled, Apple Pay/Google Pay).
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
7.Delivery
We deliver primarily within Europe; delivery may also be available to other regions depending on checkout options.
Typical delivery time within Austria is 1-2 business days (may vary). Carrier is usually DPD (or another carrier if needed).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
8.Returns & refunds
Return requests are handled exclusively by email.
Return instructions:
If you would like to return one or more items from your order, please email mikaitalia.eu@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
As we are a small online store, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
There is no automatic return form or return button on the website.
Condition of returns: items should be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable), unless defective. We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
9.Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, email mikaitalia.eu@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Effects of withdrawal:
We will refund the price of the goods (and standard delivery costs if applicable) after receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items (e.g., sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalized items).
10.Defective items
If an item arrives defective or wrong, contact us at mikaitalia.eu@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will propose a suitable solution (replacement/refund).
11.Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, branding) is owned by MikaItalia or used with permission and may not be copied without consent.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, and consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
